If you ever see a pregnant woman in a rush, PLEASE don't stop her! First of all, I am sure it has taken a lot of effort for her to hurry, and second of all there are a few good reasons why she might be hurrying:
1) she has to go to the bathroom....this is an almost guarantee.
2) she is already late to meet someone, someplace because it takes longer to do everything
3) many interesting fluids are coming out of her body, one possibility being that her water has broken
My true life example was example number 1. I was rushing into the grocery store to go to the bathroom before shopping when a voter registrar tried to stop me to ask me if I vote in this county or not. I politely told him that I do vote and I am already registered as I continued walking with my destination in sight.
I got there in time and everything was lovely. :-)
