I got my first cold in pregnancy Friday evening. It really is no different than a cold not pregnant but it still sucks. Headache, stuffy head, stuffy nose, runny nose, cough, sneezing, and sore throat is coming on.
I just hope it passes and doesn't turn into a sinus infection because the only thing that works for me with sinus infections is antibiotics. And I am not sure if I can take those pregnant.
Tis life!

Thanks! I am on the mend. I got a bladder infection three days after the cold so the doctor ended up giving me antibiotics that would work for both things. I was worried that they wouldn't be safe for the baby, but he said that at this stage, it was okay.
You poor girl. When it rains it pours! I hope you're finally feeling better from all of this stuff. Each of those ailments are nasty on their own. Then add them together and twins in your belly? Your strength is amazing to me.
